Sending system logs to Support

This article will show how to send the system logs from Sense 3+ to our Support Team, if requested.

  1. Using the Sense App on your mobile device or via my.innuos.com on your PC/Mac, go to System > Settings > System Logs
  2. Providing you’ve been asked to do so via a member of the support team, please enable the toggle in System Logs, then ensure you then replicate your issue, so the logs are relevant.
  3. You have two options, you can select Upload Logs which will upload a copy of your system logs to our server. Additionally, if that does not work, you can still manually download the logs to send to us direct via email.
  4. When manually downloading logs, please select “download logs locally” and make sure to remain on the page for 40-60 seconds whilst the logs generate and download. If you leave the page, the download will stall so please reboot your system and try again.
