Sending system logs to Support

This article will show how to send the system logs from innuOS 2.x to our Support Team.

  1. On the Sense App on your mobile device or via my.innuos.com on your PC/Mac, go to System > Settings > Help > Download System Logs
  2. This will download a password-protected zip file containing the system logs.
  3. Please email the zip file to our Support Email. If you can reply to the Support Ticket email and attach the files, that will help. If it’s more convenient to send a separate mail, please include in the subject the Support Ticket number you have been assigned (ex: Ticket #12345).
