This article will show how to send the system logs from Sense 3+ to our Support Team, if requested.
- Using the Sense App on your mobile device or via my.innuos.com on your PC/Mac, go to System > Settings > System Logs
- Providing you’ve been asked to do so via a member of the support team, please enable the toggle in System Logs, then ensure you then replicate your issue, so the logs are relevant.
- You have two options, you can select Upload Logs which will upload a copy of your system logs to our server. Additionally, if that does not work, you can still manually download the logs to send to us direct via email.
- When manually downloading logs, please select “download logs locally” and make sure to remain on the page for 40-60 seconds whilst the logs generate and download. If you leave the page, the download will stall so please reboot your system and try again.
