We heard that the ZENmini could be improved if it had an SSD option so the ZENmini S takes one of our most popular music servers and replaces the hard drive with a quiet, lightning-quick Solid-State Drive (SSD). ZENmini S upgrades the RAM from 4GB to 8GB for additional performance benefits when searching for music or copying files. It even has a power-loss protection circuit so if you lose your power, you don’t lose your music. Owners of ZENmini Mk3 can upgrade to ZENmini S by contacting their dealer.
SSD options include 1TB, 2TB or 4TB capacities. ZENmini S upgrades are available now for owners of the ZENmini Mk3.

MQA Core Decoding
ZENmini supports MQA Core Software Decoding, which means you can playback MQA audio files and streams, delivering the sound of the original master recording. MQA Core software decoding is provided free of charge and enables streaming and playback of MQA files up to 24bit/96 kHz for non-MQA DACs and up to 24bit/384 kHz for MQA Renderer/Decoder DACs. ZENmini can also passthrough MQA files to MQA Full Decoder DACs.
InnuOS Operating System 2.3 or higher is required for MQA Core Decoding.
