1. This offer provides eligible customers with the following discounts when acquiring a PULSE series unit as an endpoint:
   a) 15% off RRP on the purchase of a new PULSEmini
   b) 20% off RRP on the purchase of a new PULSE
   c) 20% off RRP on the purchase of a new PULSAR

2. In the case of acquiring a new PULSAR as an endpoint within this promotion, customers can also have 20% off on the purchase of ONE Compatible Optional Output Board of their choice, per PULSAR endpoint unit.

3. Eligible customers:
   a) Existing Innuos Music Server Owners – Customers who already own an Innuos Server or Streamer are eligible for the discounted purchase of any new PULSE series unit to be used as an endpoint. To qualify, clients must provide the serial number of their existing Innuos Server or Streamer.
   b) New Innuos Music Server Owners – Customers who purchase a new Innuos Server during this offer are also eligible when buying an additional PULSE series unit as an endpoint to add to the Innuos Server being acquired on the same transaction.

4. Eligible Innuos Music Servers are:
   a) Any model from ZEN Mk2 Series (discontinued)
   b) Any model from ZEN Mk3 Series
   c) ZENith SE (discontinued)
   d) ZEN and ZENith Next-Gen
   e) Any model from PULSE Series
   f) STATEMENT (discontinued) and STATEMENT Next-Gen

5. The discount is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other promotions, campaigns, discounts, or special pricing.

6. Shipping rates will remain consistent with Innuos’ existing shipping policy.

7. The offer will run from February 20^th until April 15^th, 2025, inclusive.

8. Innuos reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time and without previous notice.

9. Any changes will be communicated directly to the dealers and end-consumers, where applicable.

10. Innuos reserves the right to refuse any transaction if the conditions are not met or if the purchase interest is deemed ineligible for promotion purposes.
