What is the Innuos warranty duration?
As of January 2023, we offer a full 3-year warranty on our products.
What does the warranty cover?
It covers any issues related to components, electronics, or faults in workmanship.
Warranty enquiries and claims must be made through the dealer who originally sold the unit, with the proof of purchase provided. Parts and labour costs are covered.
Is the warranty transferable?
The warranty is bound to the serial number of the product, not the original owner/purchaser. Therefore, the warranty is transferable to different owners, and as such there is no warranty registration process required.
The warranty is honoured and fulfilled through the Innuos dealer that the system was originally purchased from.
Is the internal M.2 SSD slot on ZEN/ZENith Next-Gen user accessible?
The internal slot is not user accessible and can only be installed by us at the time of order, or by one of our authorised service centres or partners. Installing this requires opening the system, fitting a PCIe adapter and installing the SSD directly on the mainboard, so any installation carried out outside of this would void the warranty.
However, the external SSD slot on the underside of the system can be used for user installation. You can install an SSD there yourself and the process is explained in the article below.
