In this article we will cover some specific use cases for you regarding your new Nazaré system.
Initial Setup & Placement on Hifi Rack
When you first unbox your Nazaré system, please ensure you attach the four included foot accessories if you are using a rack with glass shelves or very smooth surfaces. These adapters help you position the Nazaré on your rack and can be removed once it is in place.
You may, however, choose to leave them fitted, as the Nazaré can adhere to glass shelves and become difficult to move without them.
How to Install an External M.2 NVMe SSD
Please follow the installation process as detailed in our official guide – How to Install an M.2 NVMe SSD into the External Storage Bay.
The process is largely the same. However, please take care when installing an SSD in the external slots on the underside of your Nazaré, as the system is quite heavy and weighs just over 40 kg.
How to replace the Fuse

Similar to SSD installation, please take care when installing replacement fuse(s) in the external slot on the underside of your Nazaré, as the system is quite heavy and weighs just over 40 kg.
Compared to our other systems, the Nazaré uses the same standard slow blow 2A, 250V rated fuses, however it uses two of them instead of one.
