General Terms
This Campaign allows customers to trade eligible products towards the purchase of a new NAZARÉ Streamer and Server under preferential conditions.
By participating in this “Rise Up with NAZARÉ” Trade-Up Campaign (“Campaign”), both End-consumers and Dealers agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”).
Innuos (“the Manufacturer”) reserves the right to refuse any Trade-up if the conditions are not met or if the returned product is deemed ineligible.
Campaign Duration
This Campaign will run from the announcement date until March 31st, 2026.
All orders placed within the timeframe of the Campaign will be honoured; however, delivery times may extend beyond the Campaign’s end date, depending on product availability and destination.
1.1. This Trade-up Campaign is open to End-consumers who wish to trade in their eligible units in exchange for a discount on NAZARÉ Streamer and Server. No other products or models qualify for the discount.
1.2. The Trade-up Campaign is only applicable for designated product models, which are:
a) STATEMENT Standard (discontinued)
b) STATEMENT Next-Gen
c) ZEN Next-Gen or ZENith Next-Gen
1.3 Only Dealers who have ordered a complete NAZARÉ stack as demo kit and/or have a ZENith Next-Gen demo unit purchased directly from the Manufacturer are eligible to participate in this Trade-up Campaign.
1.4 Authorized Dealers can be found in the “Where to Buy” section of the Manufacturer’s website to help identify locations for Trade-up.
2.1. The percentage discount is applied to the Recommended Retail Price (“RRP”) of the new unit, including storage option selected by the End-consumer.
2.2. The discount structure on NAZARÉ Streamer and Server RRP, is calculated based on the model and production year (first 2 digits of the serial number) of the traded-in unit, as follows:
2.3. . For units produced in 2024, the month considered will be the production month (3rd and 4th digits of the serial number).
2.4. Discounts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2.5. The discount will be applied only after the serial number of the traded-in unit is validated by both the Dealer and the Manufacturer.
3.1. The following upgraded units are eligible for the Campaign:
a) STATEMENT Next-Gen units upgraded from a STATEMENT Standard;
b) ZENith Next-Gen units upgraded from a ZEN Next-Gen.
3.2 The RRP discount applicable to a trade-in of an upgraded unit corresponds to the tier below of the current unit (model and year of upgrade), except when the production year and the upgrade year are the same, in which case the discount applicable corresponds to the tier of the current unit (model and year of upgrade).
Examples:
- A discount on NAZARÉ Server RRP of 20% will be applied to a traded-in STATEMENT Standard with the production year of 2020, which was upgraded to STATEMENT Next-Gen in 2023
- A discount on NAZARÉ Server RRP of 30% will be applied to a traded-in STATEMENT Standard with the production year of 2023, which was upgraded to STATEMENT Next-Gen in the same year.
3.3 For units where only a storage upgrade was performed, the original production year of the unit will be considered for the discount calculation.
4.1. The End-consumer must contact one of the listed authorized Dealers and express intention of using Trade-up Campaign, sharing serial number and product model.
4.2. The Dealer will verify the product’s serial number, communicate with the Manufacturer and confirm eligibility for the discount.
5.1. Traded units must be functional;
5.2. Normal wear and tear and minor defects can be accepted, provided that these circumstances do not affect the unit’s core functionalities.
6.1. Personal and product information collected during the Trade-up process will only be used for the purpose of verifying eligibility, processing the Trade-up and providing necessary support.
6.2. All data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, where applicable.
6.3. We do not share information with third parties, unless it is necessary to fulfil the Trade-up or comply with legal obligations.
7.1. The Manufacturer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Trade-up Campaign at any time, with notice provided to participating Dealers.
7.2. Any changes will be communicated directly to the Dealers and End-consumers where applicable.
