Tracks playing randomly or shuffled?

You have played an album, folder or a playlist and noticed that tracks are playing randomly for no apparent reason? Have you checked if the “Shuffle” playback mode is enabled?

It’s easy to check if Shuffle is enabled, simply look at the playbar and you’ll see the Shuffle icon to the left hand side of the Skip Back button. If its highlighted WHITE like in the first screenshot, the Shuffle is Disabled.

Shuffle disabled? Check SmartQ

You may have noticed that since updating to Sense 3.3, when your play queue reaches the end it now continues with new music. This happens because Sense 3.3 introduces a feature called SmartQ, which is enabled by default. It has been one of the most requested features from users. When SmartQ is enabled, Sense will automatically continue playing related music after your current queue of tracks has finished.

This can be adjusted or disabled if you prefer, read more here on SmartQ
