About the Role

As an Electronics Assembly Technician, you will play a key role in the assembly, soldering, testing and preparation of the products that carry the Innuos name to music lovers around the world.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision and quality.
We are looking for someone with solid experience in electronics assembly and precision soldering, capable of working independently while consistently maintaining exceptionally high standards.
Every product that leaves our facilities reflects the care, attention to detail and quality that define the Innuos brand.
You will work closely with our Production, Quality and Engineering teams to ensure every unit meets those expectations..

What You’ll Do

Perform manual soldering of electronic components, connectors, wiring and PCB assemblies to a consistently high standard
Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions and technical documentation
Carry out inspection and quality control activities throughout the assembly process
Perform functional testing and validation of finished products
Identify, troubleshoot and help resolve assembly or production-related issues
Ensure compliance with ESD handling procedures and manufacturing standards
Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to support product improvements and manufacturing excellence
Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve assembly processes, product quality and operational efficiency
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within production processes
Maintain accurate production records and documentation where required
Support packaging and preparation of finished products for shipment when necessary

What We’re Looking For

Technical qualification in Electronics, Mechatronics or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics assembly, soldering or related manufacturing environments
Proven experience in manual soldering of electronic components and assemblies (precision electronic soldering)
Strong understanding of electronic components, PCB assemblies, wiring and connectors
Ability to read assembly instructions, technical documentation and basic schematics
Experience working with fine-pitch components and precision electronic assemblies is highly valued
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong manual dexterity and pride in producing high-quality work
Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and ownership
Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset
Team-oriented approach and strong work ethic
Ability to communicate in English in a manufacturing environment

 

Nice to Have

IPC soldering certification (IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001 or equivalent)
Experience in ESD-controlled manufacturing environments
Experience assembling high-quality audio, computing, telecommunications or other electronic equipment
Experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic products
Interest in electronics, music or high-performance technology products
