The philosophy runs through every part of the system. The result is a system in which no single component is a weak link, and in which each module makes the others perform better than they could alone", says Nuno Vitorino, Innuos Co-Founder and R&D Director. - [Privacy Notice](https://innuos.com/privacy-notice/): At Innuos, we are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it with transparency, care and respect. - [Application Section](https://innuos.com/application-section/): We’d love to learn more about you. - [Talent Network](https://innuos.com/talent-network/): Please complete the form below and upload your CV. - [Areas of recruitment](https://innuos.com/areas-of-recruitment/): We’re always interested in meeting talented, thoughtful and driven people who want to do meaningful work and grow with us. - [Why Work Here](https://innuos.com/why-work-here/): At Innuos, people make the difference. - [What We Stand For](https://innuos.com/what-we-stand-for/): Precision is not a detail it’s a standard. - [Careers](https://innuos.com/careers/): At Innuos, we create high-performance digital audio products where precision, craftsmanship and passion come together in every detail, from engineering and software to operations, support and the listening experiences we help bring to life. - [Jobs](https://innuos.com/job-openings/): We’re always interested in meeting talented, thoughtful and driven people who want to do meaningful work and grow with us.  - [NazaréFLOW](https://innuos.com/nazareflow/): If the NAZARÉ is the heart of the system, the NazaréFLOW is its final, decisive voice.  - [NazaréNET](https://innuos.com/nazarenet/): NazaréNET is Innuos’ flagship audiophile Ethernet switch, engineered to redefine network performance for high-end music streaming by restoring signal integrity at one of the most noise-prone points in the digital chain. Tags like Album Artist, Artist, Album Title, Track Number, Disc Number and Compilation are all important to determine whether the tracks belong to a same album, regardless of their location. Additionally, innuOS will by default separate album entries if the tracks within the same album have different formats. In order for a number of tracks to be considered as being on the same album, they must follow these requirements: - [Repeating Tracks or Queue](https://innuos.com/kb/repeat-tracks-queue/): You have played an album, folder or a playlist and noticed that tracks are playing randomly for no apparent reason? - [Innuos system makes humming noise](https://innuos.com/kb/innuos-system-makes-humming-noise/): With the exception of the ZENmini and the PULSEmini, all current Innuos products include a linear power supplies which include a toroidal transformer. There are factors though that can contribute to higher hum noise such as: - [Qobuz logins automatically without asking for credentials](https://innuos.com/kb/qobuz-logins-automatically-without-asking-for-credentials/): On the Sense App, we use the oAuth method as a way to securely login to the Qobuz streaming service. If you are already logged in into a Qobuz account on the browser of the device, the Sense App will detect the token and reuse it to login, logging in automatically. However, you may want to use a different user for the Qobuz account. One possibility is simply to open Sense on another device that does not have a Qobuz account configured, in which case Sense will take you to the Qobuz oAuth page to login. This is then associated with the server and you can use any compatible device for Sense. However, if you don't have access to a different device, try the following: - [Adding an additional USB drive for Backup](https://innuos.com/kb/adding-an-additional-usb-drive-for-backup/): Normally the system is prepared to take one USB backup drive to backup both the Databases and Files from the Sense system. However, some prefer to have an additional backup drive. The DAC must be supported specifically on the Linux Kernel for this. If it's not supported, you will need to select DoP (DSD over PCM) in order to play DSD up to DSD256. - [Troubleshooting TIDAL Connection issues](https://innuos.com/kb/troubleshooting-tidal-connection-issues/): The TIDAL integration with innuOS has specific requirement in terms of network access and performance that can cause some connectivity issues. There are also cases wher the Authentication Tokens need to be revalidated so the user needs to login again. The Innuos team is looking at these issues to resolve them and also improve user information. Below are some issues that have been experienced by some users. - [Sense App losing connection on mobile devices when switching from other Apps](https://innuos.com/kb/sense-app-losing-connection-on-mobile-devices-when-switching-from-other-apps/): The Sense App uses network connections to your server in order to send commands and receive results from the Innuos system. On mobile devices, and in order to reduce battery consumption, Android/iOS will normally place the apps to "sleep" in order to conserve power if they are not being used. This severes the network connection which needs to be re-established. This is normally quick but on some networks can take a few seconds. - [Playing music from USB drives](https://innuos.com/kb/pulse-series-and-playing-music-from-usb-drives/): The PULSE series have been designed as a streamer only device that is used mainly for the following scenarios: - [DAC is recognised on Sense App but no sound is played](https://innuos.com/kb/dac-is-recognised-on-sense-app-but-no-sound-is-played/): First, confirm that your DAC is indeed connected, you can do so by checking the audio settings page, this is found in the Sense app by going to System > Settings > Audio > Audio Settings (Gear Icon). See example below of a connected USB DAC. - [Troubleshooting Network Connection Issues with PhoenixNET](https://innuos.com/kb/troubleshooting-connection-issues-with-phoenixnet/): If you're not able to get a network connection when having a PhoenixNET switch connected, please try the following steps to diagnose the issue: - [Troubleshooting Connection Issues with PhoenixUSB](https://innuos.com/kb/troubleshooting-connection-issues-with-phoenixusb/): The PhoenixUSB Reclocker works as a USB Hub device that receives the USB packets from a source and resends them using a much more precise USB clock as well as providing a clean 5V output from the internal Linear Power Supply. For this reason, the PhoenixUSB should work with any USB device, not even just audio related ones. - [Sending system logs to Support](https://innuos.com/kb/sending-system-logs-to-support/): When troubleshooting an issue, Innuos Support may request a copy of your System Logs. - [Innuos System does not have a IP assigned and does not show on the network](https://innuos.com/kb/system-does-not-have-a-ip-assigned-and-does-not-show-on-the-network/): If you've followed this guide on Finding your Innuo systems IP address and your Innuos system is not showing with an IP address on your network and it's neither detected on my.innuos.com or the Sense app, please make sure to check first this article to troubleshoot the connection.
