PAYING IN EUROS

We’re preparing our website to allow customers to pay in Euros. In the meanwhile, please contact us to place the order and we’ll provide you an alternative way to directly pay in Euros without currency conversion costs.

 

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS INSIDE EU

We can sell goods without charging VAT as long as goods are sent to another EU country and customers have a valid VAT number. Please contact us to place the order.

Returns

At Innuos, we aim for our customers to be completely happy with our products. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you are having any problems or need assistance.

If you purchase directly from the Innuos website, we provide a 30 days love it or return it guarantee. It’s a period for you to evaluate our system and ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you decide to return the product to us, it must be in a re-saleable condition, with no scratches or damage whatsoever. For music servers, in order to prevent abuse, we can only provide a full refund when using the server with less than 30 discs.

If you have purchased from an authorized Innuos dealer, please contact your dealer for terms and conditions.

Please make sure you keep all the original packaging, including outer package and padding, if you need to return it to us. Please return your product with all included such as cables, power supplies, etc. You will be liable for any damage on returned items which have not been packaged with the original packaging.

Contact us prior to returning any systems so we can provide you with a RMA number and a delivery address to post your goods.

Warranty

All our systems have a two year transferrable warranty for any defective parts or workmanship. If you believe your system is defective, please contact our Support Team. Please be aware that if the system is found to be defective due to misuse then all parts, workmanship and shipping must be paid. If this is the case, we will provide you with a budget before starting any repairs.
